I'm a broadcaster and entertainment personality with experience in television, radio, panel and live events. Over the last 15 years I have been at the forefront pf promoting African culture being it music, fashion, film and dance.
In tv I worked for 'Vox Africa' UK, Sports360 and for BBC World for 'Focus on Africa'.
Since 2014 I host a radio programme called 'Afrohits on The Beat' every week on The Beat London 103.6FM.
Over the last decade I have also become a host to many Afrobeat live events in the UK and Europe where I bring my energy gaining the names of Shopsydoo and The Energy Gawd.
I am a proud and active community member: I worked at The Terrence Higging Trust for over 5 years on improving awareness in the black community for HIV testing.
I am the director of the Olumide Oyedeji Youth Foundation where I focuses on programmes aimed at reaching out to under-privileged and troubled teenagers
through sports and mentoring.
